For 2 semesters, I was the Red Bull Student Brand Manager at Miami University. Through events and strategic sampling, I was able to bring a global brand to life on Miami's campus. Throughout the entire year I reached 48% of Miami's 16,000 student population.

Finals Week Social Campaign

Wanting to bring my digital passion to my work as a student brand manager, I put together a week long Instagram/Twitter campaign for our local Red Bull handle (@redbullOHIO). See below for the campaign recap, along with some of the original content I created.

Red Bull chariot race

I led a team of 5 to promote a Red Bull Chariot Race. We had exactly 20 days to drive sign ups & raise awareness for the event, a tight timeline, but everything turned out great. 13 teams of 3 students built homemade Chariots and raced them in front of an audience of 150 people on Miami's campus.

Sound select show promotion

Red Bull Sound Select is an artist development program that delivers the best in new music. And St. Lucia, a new Sound Select artist, was headed strait for my school. I drove 450 online RSVPs to create jam packed concert on a Tuesday night.

Right off the bat, Michael has shown great interest in the digital marketing side of Red Bull. With a background in social media, Michael has used his skills to make sure every activation executed had some sort of digital tie. Whether it be a social tie or a media article, Michael has taken his activation to the next level by allowing us to reach more people. Michael has also taken on a project with the @RedbullOHIO handle. Last semester, he planned and executed a finals campaign for @redbullOHIO. He handled everything from the photoshoot to scheduling tweets/posts with Sprinklr.
